Terms and Conditoins
Session Duration
Each sound therapy session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged in full.

Therapy Outcomes
While I commit to providing my best efforts and full attention as your sound therapist, I cannot guarantee specific results. Be cautious of any therapist who claim 'guarunteed' outcomes.
Confidentiality
All sessions are held in strict confidence. Please see below for my full GDPR and Confidentiality statement. You may be required to sign this document before therapy begins.

Supervision and Case Histories
Unless specifically informed otherwise, it is assumed that the client consents to the sharing of anonymous case histories during supervision sessions. These supervision sessions are mandatory for all therapists adhering to a code of ethics and are designed to ensure the therapist's skills and perspectives are continually updated.

Payment Policy
Payment for sessions is required before the time of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and digital payment methods.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will be charged. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced.

Health and Safety
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please inform me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. This policy helps ensure the health and safety of all clients.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to actively participate in the therapeutic process and communicate openly about their experiences and needs. This collaboration is essential for effective therapy.

Session Recording
Sessions may not be recorded by either the therapist or the client without prior written consent. This is to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the therapy process.

Feedback and Complaints
Feedback about the sessions is welcome and encouraged. If you have any complaints or concerns, please discuss them with me directly so that they can be addressed promptly and effectively. As a member of the International Sound Therapist Association, I am held accountable through them.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
