HYPNOTHERAPY AND
SOUND FOR CREATIVE MINDS
I work 1:1 with creative individuals who are ready to unlock deeper confidence, expression, and inner freedom.
Through a powerful blend of evidence based Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Voice Activation and embodied creative practice, I help guide beyond self-doubt and into bold, authentic presence.
This is intimate, transformational work designed to awaken your creativity, strengthen your inner authority, and help you fully inhabit who you are becoming.

hello....
My name is Camilla.
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and qualified Sound and Movement Therapist based in Bristol, working at the intersection of psychology, sound, and creative expression. My work is devoted to supporting conscious, creative individuals who long to feel more confident, more expressed, and more fully themselves.
Rooted in evidence-based practice and shaped by over a decade in the performing arts, events, education, and mental health sectors, my approach weaves together CBT, clinical hypnotherapy, ACT, mindfulness, sound, and voice. It is both grounded and intuitive, structured yet spacious.
In our 1:1 work, we gently uncover the patterns that hold you back, while cultivating the inner steadiness and creative freedom that allow you to expand. This is a collaborative, deeply personal process, one that honours your sensitivity, strengthens your voice, and invites you to embody your presence with clarity and quiet confidence.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist | Sound & Movement Therapist | Self-taught Artist
My approach combines structured psychotherapeutic tools, like thought challenging, behavioural experiments, guided relaxation, and values-based goal setting, with a grounded, creative and holistic understanding of what it means to be a beautifully messy human.
I’ve spent over a decade working across the arts, performance, events, and mental health sectors, and I’ve seen firsthand how creativity and imagination can support deep healing, inspiration and personal growth.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve been facilitating spaces that weave together sound healing, voice activation, movement, and creative practice. I believe the creative process holds a kind of wisdom, one that helps us reconnect with ourselves, with others, and the world around us.
Like many people, my journey hasn’t been linear or plainsailing, I was late diagnosed with ADHD at 33 years old which has since been a whirlwind of emotions. Alongside, the repercussions of losing my Mother at a very early age, navigating loss, upheaval, change, and uncertainty - are life experiences that shaped not only who I am, but how I show up for others.
I've learnt that healing isn’t about "fixing" ourselves, it’s about reclaiming parts of who we are with better understanding, self compassion and then moving forward with greater clarity, courage, and deeper connection.
At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in the power of creativity, presence, and the freedom to express yourself fully. My aim is always to meet you where you are at, with honesty, compassion, and curiosity, offering practical, solution-focused support alongside deep listening and care.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
What is it?
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that combines CBT techniques with, Mindfulness, Hypnosis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you change unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses.
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – a widely used, evidence-based psychotherapy focused on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
-
Hypnotherapy – a form of guided relaxation and focused attention that uses positive suggestion to influence your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based psychological approach that helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings, commit to personal values, and take meaningful action toward a more fulfilling life.
My Commitment
I’m committed to offering a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty—without judgment. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, creative exploration, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth and change.
Together, we will take positive, solution-focused steps tailored towards your personal goals through a bespoke, tailored treatment plan. I honour your pace, your process, and your lived experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your path.
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. However, there are certain exceptions where disclosure may be legally or ethically required, such as:
-
If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
-
If there is disclosure of abuse or harm to a child or vulnerable adult
-
If required by a court of law
In such cases, I will always aim to speak with you first before any further action is taken, unless doing so would be unsafe or inappropriate.
I am sex work{er} positive, LGBTQIA+, trans, and queer-affirming, and my work is informed by both a professional and personal understanding of neurodivergency.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a core part of our work together. Everything you share in sessions is treated with the utmost respect and kept strictly private, in line with professional and ethical guidelines. This creates a safe, trusting space where you can speak openly and feel fully supported.
Non-judgemental approach
A non-judgemental approach is central to how I work. You are welcome exactly as you are—without fear of criticism or shame. This supportive, compassionate space allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings openly, at your own pace, with respect and understanding at the heart of every session.
Transparency
Transparency is an important part of building trust in our work together. I’ll always be clear about the therapeutic process, the techniques we use, and why they're being used. You’ll be fully informed and involved in decisions about your treatment, with open communication encouraged every step of the way.
