About Me
I am a passionate mental health and arts facilitator, dedicated to advocating for the use of the arts as a powerful tool. My practice spans; sound therapy, voice, art, drama, play and is rooted in aspects of ritual, mindfulness and evidence-based therapy.
I have extensive experience delivering inclusive, arts-based learning across both school and community environments and I firmly believe in the transformative and educational power of creativity. Therefore, I am dedicated to making it accessible to all - particularly those who face barriers to engaging with culture and creativity.
I work creatively and collaboratively with both adults and children (1:1 and groups), championing neurodiversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practice every step of the way.
Since 2016 I've worked with individuals and groups in a wide range of cultural and community organisations including; Rethink Mental Illness, Action Space, Studio Upstairs, Southbank Centre, Unique Voice, West of England Music and Arts, Sen Wellness, Ecstatic Dance London, Ace Collectiv, Madstillness, Rebel Girls Club and The Murmuration Choir.
My qualifications reflect a lifelong curiosity around creativity, inclusivity, healing, and the human experience.
I hold a BA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of Leeds, and have since trained in Art Therapy at the Metafora School of Art Therapy in Barcelona, Sound and Movement Therapy at the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST), and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, where I completed my Level 5 Diploma.
